“Good advice from staff team - like Matthew who we dealt with. It is a widely visited site so we got so many applicants from there - interviews not yet held. Affordable fees with discounts on different deals - e.g. bundle adverts”

Dear Jean, Thank you for taking the time to email us your feedback, it’s greatly appreciated! I understand Sathya Mohan, your CharityJob Account Manager has now been in contact with your HR colleague Amanda to discuss your recent ads performance. As it is still very much a candidate driven job market, I believe Sam has advised Amanda on the benefits of using alternative job packages compared to the Basic package selected which are specifically designed to give that all important extra visibility/prominence on our website. Also, as you only advertised your vacancy for 2 weeks and have not utilised the full 30 days of advertising paid for; you are able to extend the ad for free until the 23/03 should you wish to do so. As every recruiter working with CharityJob is assigned their own Account Manager and as each Account Manager prides themselves on working collaboratively with their clients, should you wish to advertise with us again, I understand you will contact Sathya first to ensure he tailors a market sensitive campaign for you to meet your recruitment needs.
