“Late in the afternoon I was on a mission to see about an account we had set up many years ago by staff no longer with us. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to get through on a telephone to a couple of lovely people and to be up and running within a matter of minutes! I was anticipating a much harder job but Jamie and the other lady (I am so sorry I did not catch her name) were so wonderfully friendly and helpful that I genuinely am basking in good feelings. What great customer service!”

“We had a great level of service from CharityJob for our small charity to recruit to a new role. In particular Jack, our account manager, was fantastic. He gave us helpful insight to enable our advert to show up in the relevant searches on the website and advised on the best level of advert to purchase, without overselling it for the role. He was enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. In just a few hours we've already had several views and interest shown in the role.”
