“No support, no engagement, only one application, not very well suited, with no cover letter, for a decent well paid job. Very expensive service.”

Hi Alex, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. It is very disappointing to hear that you did not attract the quality and quantity of applications you were hoping for, as I can see that your ad did receive over 2,000 views and 40 clicks on apply. “Would rate 'Good' in terms of using the site and customer support offered. However, this time (June 2021) we had to chase a response from our dedicated account manager with regards to a change to to the advert. So, this time round, we're rating it 'adequate'. When I finally managed to speak to someone, their service was very good.”
