My account Manager is Sam. He is very calm, polite and helpful. Charity Job answer the phone within a couple of rings, which is important to me. Well done to the Charity Job team. Jacky

Applicants could not apply due to the set up not allowing it. A supposed corrected version had a mis-spelling in it - and the wording was not what had been asked for. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Dear Ian, We are very sorry to hear of the recent issues you had with your job listing. I believe as soon as contact was made with your account manager a temporary fix was implemented to ensure candidates could submit applications and the application wording updated once we were advised of the text you would like used. Please except our sincere apologies for the misspelling of a word used in the application details due to the transposing of 2 letters, which I understand was also immediately corrected by your account manager once brought to his attention. We were very pleased with the results from Charity Job, assisted by Ishi, we were able to create a good advert and promote it over 4 weeks-we have 4 good applicants fto interview for our post so fingers crossed.

Very proactive without overselling and had some useful suggestions for how to proceed. I have always found Charity Jobs excellent for the range of jobs they advertise and look forward to recruiting through them.

I needed to cross advertise a role on the IOF job platform. I called Charity Job, spoke to real people, and our account manager sorted it out there and then, so easy and straight forward. Thanks Charity Job!!

Getting a phone call quickly from charity jobs helped me decide on where is best to advertise. The fact that they can manage the CIOF/IOFS digital upgrade and the Linked In, took away additional tasks that I thought I had to do, so it has saved me time.

I was very impressed by the support from Ben in the beginning, but not by the results. I got one hit in two weeks and I almost certainly won't be hiring that candidate. so all that money for nothing
