honestly great service! The first person to pick up my call had my information at their fingertips. They did what they said they would, (passed me to on to the account manager).I was called back quickly, everything was clearly explained by Ishi and our ad posted.

Sam Mohan was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and offered a personalised service. In addition to this, he went above and beyond by sending me a little 'checklist' to ensure all basis were covered for next ad I need to post :)

Proactive telephone call from our account manager, Sam, offering suggestions for how to attract more suitable calibre candidates for the post put up today. He also offered a check-in after a week to review progress and offer more support if required.

Mathew is always helpful and friendly and makes the process easy. He checks in on me periodically without this being intrusive. The bulk buy job credits are good value for money and we generally receive suitable candidates from Charity Jobs.

The process was easy to complete. I phoned with a query and spoke to Jack, he was really helpful, answered my initial query and also suggested some ways to improve our advert and reach the right people. He is keeping in touch with us to check how the applications are going too. I have been very impressed with the level of service.

Adrian is great, he reviews our adverts and makes useful suggestions to help attract more candidates. I've never known a job site that does that, it really feels like we're getting value for money.
