“The purchased Product is spot on and at a competitive price. However I had an issue with delivery which initially would not seem to be a problem caused by the Chapter8. The issue was that the courier DPD, tasked with delivery, firstly attempted to deliver to the wrong unit and also at around 8am in the morning. Most business's open at 0900 and so it was pretty pointless trying to deliver the next day again at 0800. At this point, as the order was urgent, we attempted to contact chapter8 to advise that delivery MUST be after 0900 but didn't get a reply. In the end I had to change the delivery with DPD to a local post office and that took time trying to negotaiate with DPD. The result is that we have had to postpone fitting the graphics and that was not optimal to our service record. Nevertheless I have still selected four stars for chapter8 but would suggest making sure of delivery times with your couriers.”

“The chevons for my Discovery Sport came in good time and were of a good quality. They fitted the back of the vehicle well, except for where the DISCOVERY name is across the back, as this was not pre cut out, which would have been helpful.”

“Absolutely brilliant chevron kit, the only suggestion I would give you for a premium plus kit I bought on a ford custom, is make sure you have the cut out around the ford custom badge other than that,I will be using you guys all the time”

“Bit disappointed really, I ordered chapter 8 top grade forr a MK1 04 plate xtrail, son opened it to find it was for mk 2 , not compatible for the vehicle. But as we destroyed the box and packaging we put the stickers in the shed. Materials excellent, turn around excellent, quality excellent and communication excellent but let down on the final bit. Oh well , live by your own mistakes.”

“Chapter 8 shop has great products that look and work perfectly, there customer service is excellent, service and response is quick and helpful, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because DPD let’s down there delivery almost every time, with a different delivery service it would have been 5 stars”
