“I Recived an email telling me they had all been sold, and none to be had, so ordered an alternative precent elsewhere and what happened, yes my watch arrived, so have now got 2 watches, not happy, and no good sending back as she likes both, so double the expenses”

I am sorry if our email caused any confusion. When your order was received by us, we also received an email from you asking to notify you when the item was back in stock. As you had already made a purchase we thought you were intending to purchase another one and at this point we had unfortunately sold out. This is why we messaged you to say that we had no more stock available but that your original order has been dispatched. If you would like to return the watch to us then we can of course issue you with a refund so long as the watch is in its brand new unworn condition. We can also refund you the return postage costs as a gesture of goodwill if you do decide to return it to us. Kind regards, Chapelle Jewellery.

“i recently purchased a silver bracelet from Chapelle Jewellry...the bracelet was of the highest quality and extremely well made...item arrived on time...my only "STUPID" mistake was not measuring my wrist first...the item was a bit too small for me..however i returned it and received a full refund with no problem...i can "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" this company for their products and excellent customer service”
