“Delivered within two days of order. Product packed well but not overboard. Product arrived in working order but no idea how long batteries had been in use. However this is not a huge problem and there is a two year manufacturing warrenty.”

We always set the time on the watches before delivery to ensure the watch is working and due to this we do guarantee the batteries for 1 year after purchase, so if you find the battery runs out within this year we will replace the battery for you free of charge. “Very disappointed with delivery they state next day with special delivery but in fact took 3 days. Queried it and it's was ordered over weekend but that should be stated on the site at point of ordering/delivery that next can't be achieved if ordered on a Saturday /Sunday because they use post office. Either change services or alter info on website.”

I'm sorry you felt that we misled you on the delivery timescale, as this would never be our intention. We do state on our delivery page that we use Royal Mail for our deliveries and unfortunately as they don't do collections at weekends your order was dispatched on the next working day. I'm glad you like the earrings but once again, I'm sorry the late arrival of the earrings meant you didn't receive them in time to give as a gift. Kind regards, Claire
