Mr McNair We aim to check watches are working before sending them out to customers so I'm sorry to hear that this Guess watch wasn't working. Please return the watch to us at PO Box 7549, Colwick, Nottingham NG4 2YG and we will replace the battery the same day we receive it and send it straight back out to you. We will of course refund your return postage costs. I do apologise for the disappointment this caused and would like to assure you that we will replace the battery and return the watch to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery so it is back with you as soon as possible. Mr Pope I'm so sorry to hear this and I am unsure as to how this has happened. Although far from ideal, if you would like to return the watch to us we will sort the same day we receive it and get it back out in to the post to you. We would of course reimburse you for your postage costs. I know this would mean your son is without his watch for a couple of days so if you would prefer to take it to a local jewellers to see if they can affix the strap and send us a copy of the receipt we will happily pay for the cost. Once again I am sorry that this has happened and I'm keen to rectify this as soon as possible. Best regards Claire
