“Absolutely excellent services provided !!! When I checked online for this watch it says OUT OF STOCK, so I emailed customer services asking when it will be re-stock & then I received this reply from Chapelle ref Trish " Thank you for your email. We do have 1 left of that particular watch in the company. I have made the watch active for you to purchase online. Please click into the link below " I was overjoyed because I really wanted this watch so badly. I am so impressed with the excellent customer service from Chapelle - which is rare to find elsewhere nowadays !!! I will definitely recommend friends for them & " I'LL BE BACK ". So a big thank you to Trish & Chapelle !!”

Dear Mr Osborne, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the item you have purchased. We always aim to offer the best quality items at the best possible prices and are sorry that you do not feel you have received an item that represents value for money. If you would like to return the item for a refund please use the paperwork provided in your parcel; the returns period for Christmas gifts has been extended to 14th January. We have recently redeveloped our website and are including size dimensions for items to give our customers a better understanding of the size of the piece they are looking at, we are sorry that the pendant you purchased did not have this information included at the time you placed your order. As we often send expensive items and as these are often gifts, we are very careful with our packaging to ensure the jewellery is protected, secure and also discreet. “The staff member that dealt with me was friendly and very helpful , she didnt have what I was looking for, they had almost sold out of Armani jewellry as it was on sale, she suggested I try the website and gave me a business card, I did this and got exactly what I wanted.”
