“I felt they were not the quality I expected if I hadn't tried the earrings on I would have returned them they were also a lot bigger than they looked on the picture”

“Paid for special next day delivery (before 1pm) but they only used the recorded delivery service which is cheaper price.therefore the item was not delivered by 1pm which I had paid for.very angry and disappoint”
