“I ordered the same product from another website, charged me the same day I placed my order. They then wanted to charge me £20 more as they had quoted the wrong price so I asked for a refund. I waited over a month for a refund. I found the very same watch at Chapelle & the customer service was fantastic. Delivery & price was great. I also used the store at Mcarthur Glen outlet & the service there was brilliant.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from chapelle jewellery and can safely say 100% I would order with them again as well as recommend them. I had an email confirmations straight away after placing my order with all my details. There was a problem with a necklace I had ordered, I received an email from chapelle jewellery to say they were not satisfied with this product and therefor would not send it out but reassured me that my order would be with me as soon as possible. And it was.. A week later I recieved my order and couldn't be happier with it!”
