“Paid for 24 hr tracked delivery as needed it 2 days later for a special birthday present and it arrived 6 days later no email no message to say it would be late. Not a very happy customer”

“The information on the website was good and so were the prices. When I tried to buy I had a problem that was essentially my fault because I hadn't put in the information needed to add in the postage costs, but I got forwarded to Paypal without the costs being shown and the system wasn't helpful in sorting out that problem. I got a confirmation email straight away that said I would get tracking information when the watch was dispatched, but I didn't. The first I knew was I got an email from Royal Mail saying they were about to deliver. Anyway, it did get to me quickly and well-packaged, so overall I'm happy.”

“I purchased a watch for a 60th birthday which wasn’t meant to be despatched until 4th January but I needed it for 5th January. Very helpful staff said that they would look out for it and if it came in on 3rd they would despatch that day, which they did and I received it the next day.”

“Found what was looking for easily on website. Item however, was not sent with original Radley branded tag, crown tab and screen protector. It was a gift but I felt cheated giving it as original Radley packaging I know of that comes with all Radley watches, was missing.”

Good morning, I am sorry to hear that you haven't received the tags, not all items are sent out with them as they could have been on sale in a store at some point in the item being with us from the supplier. The tag in the crown is taken out if the item is being on display so that the store team know it is working. I am sorry these have not been received. Kind regards, Chapelle Jewellery.

“Delivery was prompt but unfortunately they sent me the wrong watch. However, once I contacted customer service I was able to arrange to go to my local store and exchange it for the correct one. So cannot give maximum stars but at least the problem was resolved quickly. I am now happy with my new watch and the price I paid for it.”
