“Whilst the service from the web site was excellent I found the shop service dubious. The watch we wanted would not work when the staff tried a battery and she told us we could only have another one delivered to the shop and as we were on holiday this was not practical even though she said the shop would post the watch to us. we were told we could not order any other way fortunately I went onto the web when I got back and the service I received was exceptional”

“I was initially disappointed to discover my watch had arrived with a flat battery but Chapelle got me to send it back and it was returned within 3 days so not too bad The watch is gorgeous”

Your order was received and despatched on the 4th of August. It was sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and I can see it was signed for on the 5th of August so I am unsure as to what your feedback is referencing.
