“you have a shop in the designer outlet in york where we used to live and i bought loads their very lovely shop im now back on isle of wight so bought our new grandaughter the same bracelets we bought the others from you on line as the nearest shop is portsmouth.”

“It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for and to then place the order. THe only reason I have not scored excellent" is I do believe your delivery charges are higher than many other retailers, even taking into account it is a signed for delivery”

Thank you very much for your feedback, I am so glad you found our site easy to use. I would just like to explain why our postage costs are perhaps slightly higher. As we are discounted by at least 30% off RRP all year round, we are unable to absorb the additional cost of postage as we simply don't have the same high margins as many other companies. We do try to keep the cost as low as we can, however, and I will pass on your comments to see if anything further can be done. Kind regards, Gabby

“My dad tells me the watch is very nice however the guarantee isn't stamped so appears to make it invalid. Not good.”

Thank you for getting in touch. I would just like to reassure you that the warranty is fully valid without a stamp - just present it as it is along with your order paperwork as a receipt. This is because we allow returns so if we filled it out for every customer and they returned it we would not have enough warranties for all our watches. If you would prefer a stamped one, we do have a few spares and I can fill one out and send it to you, or email you a gift receipt to give your Dad as proof of purchase, whichever you prefer. Thanks for your feedback. Your order was dispatched next working day, which was Monday as you ordered on a Friday, so I am sorry for that slight delay. We are also working on adding additional dimensions to make the sizes clearer as we appreciate that it can be hard sometimes, and I have now added them to this product too.
