“The rating is purely due to the delivery timescales -I'm still waiting for the item ordered. The item shipped was temporary until I was able to confirm the correct size on the 23rd Oct. It is now 26th Nov and 5 weeks on, exceeding the quoted timescales, much to my fiance's frustration.”
