“The ring I bought for my wife was out of stock and would take a while to get in stock and send. When I contacted them I had a lovely reply letting me know that they would do their best to get the ring to me ASAP and an apology for an inconvenience the delay may cause. True to their word I received the ring earlier than they originally stated and my wife was extremely pleased with the ring - I would certainly use them again.”

“I had not used Chapelle before, but the discount offered on the watch I wanted was huge. As my budget was not flexible I did all the checks I could to ensure it wasn't "Too good to be true". Happy that it was legitimate I made the purchase. The saving was approx £300 on a £540 watch. It was everything I had hoped and for a fab price. It arrived on time and un damaged. Will definitely use again. Thank you!”

“The item I liked was priced very well, but on ordering there was an issue where stock had to be moved around from another branch as they had run of that particular item. However I was totally kept in the loop as to the change and for me it was no problem at all. It arrived in a very timely way with the postage upgraded to first class (without any extra charge to me). It was well packaged and I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Well my husband bought me some earring for my birthday and after two days I lost one I was devastated and he was also not so happy but I knew he had got them from Chapelle so checked it they still had them which they did and when I could I saved and bought another pair because I loved them and it then means I have a spar one to not the best way to have to get another pair but have bought a few pieces of jewlery from Chapelle and have always been pleased with the quality and range of items thank you and great customer service x x”
