I ordered my jewellery - hot diamonds necklace and earrings on the Monday and they arrived on the Wednesday excellent service I'm sure my daughter will be very pleased with her Christmas present. Very pleased!

Immediate despatch with all tracking information sent straightaway. Also, the lady I spoke to in the Freeport shop (had hoped to purchase from a store, but they had sold the last one!) was particularly helpful. Returns policy excellent for Christmas.

Further to my recent review (below) I would like to add that Chapelle were quick to respond and sent me a brand new box, well packaged in a stiff cardboard box (as it should have been in the first place), so all's well that ends well. Firstly I must say that I am impressed with the watch that I bought (usual Citizen quality), very happy with the price (about £80 off full retail), and the delivery was super fast (next day). However I do have one gripe which has unfortunately spoiled the experience. The website states 'All items are sent out in suitable packaging so they arrive undamaged' and this was not the case. The watch in its original Citizen box was placed in a thin bubble wrap bag and then sent in a parcel bag, so it came as no surprise that the box was bashed and crumpled by the time it got to me. I am now in the disappointing and embarassing situation of having to give my fiancee a Christmas gift that looks like it came from a car boot sale rather than a quality jeweller. I have never given a retailer a poor review before and I'm not the type to do so because I want something for nothing. Just genuinely disappointed. Sorry guys, but there is no excuse for such poor packaging. It should have been properly boxed, and it still would not have exceeded the size and weight for Royal Mail. Many of your sales will be for gifts, especially at this time of year, and should arrive with the buyer in a presentable condition.

I am so sorry to hear you received your watch in a less than satisfactory condition. This is of course very concerning to hear as all our products should be sent out thoroughly bubble wrapped in a brown cardboard box so I will most certainly raise your comments with the dispatching team.
