“Excellent though I was disappointed in the blue lace agate earrings and necklace as they were white with just a hint of blue. If it is possible to exchange them for the same earrings and necklace that are more blue I would like to do that.”

These images are supplied by Hot Diamonds as representative of the item and there will be some variation in the colour of the agate as it is a natural stone. “The shop let me down but Georgia at Head Office sorted the problem and provided excellent service, when I went into the shop for my refund they were very apologetic so I feel their customer service has been excellent.”

“Fantastic service. Small problem with watch, but contacted Chappelle and they asked me to return for replacement. The new watch arrived the second day after I sent back with refunded postage. 10/10”
