“I had ordered a watch for my sisters birthday and was anxious it wouldnt be delivered on time due to the easter bank holidays. I wrote a message through to customer service asking what stage my delivery is at and got a very quick reply by a very kind and friendly Conor who told me it had already been dispatched alongside the details of the delivery and hoped it would be with me on time. The package arrived before I left work on the morning of my sisters birthday. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. Overall very impressed. The watch is beautiful and my sister was thrilled.”

“Found a watch that the wife loved for half the RRP, (but don't tell her that!!) bought it with ease being a computer illiterate oldie and it was delivered within two days. Not used you guys before but will be back for sure!! Thanks for making an old man very happy, hopefully the wife will be happy too when she gets her watch, just waiting for the right moment!!”

“I bought a watch which was nice but too large for my small wrists. I immediately returned the item for a refund and within 24 hours Chapelle Customer Services had a. offered to help in any weay they could & b. Refunded me my money. Great Customer Service= 5 Star Rating & One Happy Customer!”

“Indeed what went wrong, made a special trip to the closest branch (Swindon) having seen this ring on the website, given it was to be a valentine present. The applicable size wasn't available so order it on line. My wife finally received the ring after much chasing last week (Mid. April !).”

We're really sorry to read your review. After taking a look in to your order we can see that you were informed that we unfortunately didn't have the size you required available for immediate dispatch but we were however, receiving a delivery by the end of March which you were willing to wait for. In this time we were transferring over to a new head office system which did unfortunately cause a slight delay in dispatch and we can't apologise enough for this. As an apology we did refund your postage and ensured the ring was posted out as soon as possible when it arrived.
