“Great prices and lovely products. However two of three boxes were damaged and it doesn't look nice when giving as a gift. One item appears to be faulty.”

“Fantastic customer service ! After an initial problem whereby the watch received very quickly developed a fault, Chapelle went above and beyond expectations to assist and ensure that we were fully satisfied with a brand new replacement. Responses to queries were instant, helpful and the replacement watch received was a higher quality item than the original ordered. For anyone nervous about ordering online I can not recommend this organisation and their service highly enough , absolutely trouble free and first class. Thank you to your staff.”
