“I ordered an ice watch for my partner. I then waited three days for my item to arrive only to be sent an e-mail informing me that the watch that I had chosen and paid for in full was actually not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to chose another watch from the collection. There was no other watches in the collection that were the same price. I had no choice but to choose another that was more expensive and told that I would have to pay the difference. This I thought was very distasteful and inconvenient. The process was stressful and the staff quite abrupt.”

“From order to receipt I was extremely pleased with how I was kept informed by Chapelle Jeweller and the product I received which arrived very quickly. Never used them before however, will definitely be using them again. Excellent service.”

“I am very please with my Bulova watch, it arrived promptly and well packaged. Would have been happier if the watch had been adjusted as I requested and if the guarantee card had been completed.”
