I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase and your experience of shopping online. We try hard to ensure that the images of our items are large enough to show the detail in the product but are not overly enhanced. Many other jewellers touch up their images but we try to ensure the item looks as it will when you receive it. We are currently updating our website to show the dimensions of each item and I am sorry that the dimensions were not included on the earrings you selected. We have thousands of active items so it is a long process to manually measure each one and add this information to the listing. If you would like to return the earrings for a refund or exchange then please do; we do not want to disappoint our customers and I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience of shopping online. “I have been into the Lakeside Village Outlet in Doncaster and received good advice from the assistant regarding eternity rings. She explained the diamond points to me and the fact that some of the diamonds were actually set in rhodium or white gold to give the diamond a larger appearance, which I found helpful in making my choice.”
