“The snowflake is very small and delicate with a very fine extender chain. I had thought of returning it, but it comes into its own either in sunlight or electric light when it sparkles as it catches the light. Care needed with the very fine chain, in fact the chain has now broken and I will be contacting Chapelle.”

“I have purchased numerous items from Chapelle over the years and the pricing is usually quite keen and the variety is good. On my most recent visit, I was admiring a ring which turned out to be the wrong size. The girl on the counter suggested that I could order on-line and get the ring easily enough. She provided the code number for the ring and I went on-line. Apparently the ring in question is not available on line, which was very dissappointing”

“Stone fell out of engagement ring after 18 months. They refused to accept It was faulty leading me to have to pay for it to be repaired. Dalton Park store were shocking and had no compassion for my Situation as I was due to be married soon. Will never use chapelle jewellery again and have already advised friends and family to never use the company.”

“I ordered a beautiful hot diamonds necklace which arrived quickly , however part of my order was missing , I had to email a few times to chase up my order as I had absolutely no communication from chapelle. However the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I have since ordered another item without any problem.Im very happy with the quality of my items both gorgeous.”
