“Due to a flood in my house I had lost a necklace I had purchased some years ago which held sentimental value and I wanted to replace. I emailed the customer services department to ask if they had any stock for an item that was no longer available on the website. The customer service department managed to track down the necklace and I received it less than a week later. I have bought a number of items from Chapelle and have been very pleased with every purchase.”

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you are disappointed that the earrings did not come with a diamond certificate or warranty detailing the diamond weight. All our diamond jewellery is set with real diamonds but not every piece has a certificate as providing detailed independent reports on each diamond would push up the prices of our diamond pieces. Any diamond item that has a certificate is advertised as such; unfortunately this is not something we offer on the diamond earrings you purchased. If you have any further queries do contact us. “The website was easy to negotiate, it took minutes to select the watch that I wanted to give as a gift. Once the watch was ordered and paid for it took the stated time for the watch to arrive at my home address. I did pay extra for the next day delivery but it was definitely worth it.”

“I have used Chapelle many times and have always been satisfied with my purchases. I find they sell at reasonable prices for quality goods. Buying jewellery is always fraught with uncertainty about being over-charged but Chapelle seem to sell at good prices.”
