“Good price, good service and acceptable delivery. I would add that although delivery was within 48 hours (as stated) the dispatch time was slow compared to some vendors I have shopped with.”

“My package was never delivered to me . I have all the evidence and CCTV footage of the alleged date and time of package delivery but none of that matters to Chappelle's Customer service team, sadly they were of no bare minimum help. Secondly, they never replied my mails, they were not ready to listen to my problems let alone help them solve it . In the end I ordered the same watch again just because my mum liked the watch and I didn't want her to be disappointed. I would say if you're looking for a safer and much communicative product company, I would never ever waste my money by ordering my product from Chappelle, and I would never advocate and advise someone to buy from Chappelle. Just pathetic”

“The communication is first class and the jewellery is such great value. I sent them two messages from Australia and received a very quick response to both. It only took 8 days from ordering to receiving my jewellery which is fantastic. I highly recommend both the product and the staff and will definitely be shopping with them again.”
