Found what was looking for easily on website. Item however, was not sent with original Radley branded tag, crown tab and screen protector. It was a gift but I felt cheated giving it as original Radley packaging I know of that comes with all Radley watches, was missing.

Good morning, I am sorry to hear that you haven't received the tags, not all items are sent out with them as they could have been on sale in a store at some point in the item being with us from the supplier. The tag in the crown is taken out if the item is being on display so that the store team know it is working. I am sorry these have not been received. Kind regards, Chapelle Jewellery.

Was unhappy to be told that 2 of my 4 items ordered were out of stock. Paid for faster delivery, didn’t arrive on time. #disappointed

I ordered a beautiful hot diamonds necklace which arrived quickly , however part of my order was missing , I had to email a few times to chase up my order as I had absolutely no communication from chapelle. However the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I have since ordered another item without any problem.Im very happy with the quality of my items both gorgeous.

Item arrived damage. Sent back as damaged. Yet to hear from them about replacement. Would presume they will refund my return postage costs as no free returns.

Jewellery is fine, but out of 3 orders placed 2 were refunded due to 'stock errors'! However, I looked on the website a day later and the items were still on the website!! Now I do not feel confident to place anymore orders as there is a 66% chance of a stock error.

Good communication. A big dissatisfactory was that the watch did NOT have the orange details as shown in example picture of the add. Please find enclosed picture

On the web site I couldn't pay with my VISA card, it kept telling me the card type does not match de card number. I have a French VISA card. I had to ask my English sister to pay with her English Mastercard and it finally worked. After that, I was gald the watch was delivered fast and I am very pleased with it.

Well, my attempt to buy a watch was a pretty poor affair. However everyone can make a mistake and your company is no exception. It's how you sort out that mistake, well the first try was again a poor attempt. Then Katie from customer services sorted it out and I have my watch. Shame it took two visits and heavy complaints.

We can see your order was shipped on 4th December and after tracking it on the Royal Mail website we can see it was signed for on the 7th December. Bracelet as described - looks nice quality. Bought as Christmas gift. However begrudge paying £3.50 for signed for delivery for postman to leave unsigned for in open front porch!

Wasn't too satisfied with the watch i ordered as it came un packaged and with no armani tag attached to it. It also had a small burn mark on the metal strap. However they did give me my money back as soon as i sent the item back to them.
