“Hi Gabby, thank you very much for the explanation. The picture of the watch on your web page appeared to have more "rounded" edges on the strap links and on the watch itself where the strap attaches (I preferred that to the "sharper" appearing edges you see on all the stock photos for the "E" designation watch). This is NOT an issue for me, I like the watch, I think your value for money is superb, and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with you again. The only reason I am rating the watch as good not excellent is I don't know yet as it is a Christmas present and hasn't been used yet. Regards, David.”

I believe you have just spoken to one of my colleagues. We do guarantee all our watch batteries for one year from purchase so please do return it and we will be happy to replace the battery free of charge and refund your postage. “I was a little sceptical at first at the fact that the prices of the Watches were so cheap. However, after reading some of the reviews, I decided to take the risk and buy a Rotary Skeleton. I opted for the special delivery and it took just under 3 days to arrive, which is just fantastic. Would defiantly buy from the Store again.”

“Packaging and delivery was excellent, however, the Mens Citizen Promaster Wingman bracelet watch JQ8005-56E is advertised as being ecodrive. This clearly isn't the case and is misleading. I have bought the watch for my teenage son for Xmas and I'm sure he'll will be pleased with it. If on the other hand I had bought it for myself expecting ecodrive functionality I would have returned the watch. This should be corrected straight away.”

“Very helpful & efficient service. I made a mistake on ordering, I emailed Chapelle as it was past opening hours to notify them of my problem. First thing the next morning I had a response, the order was cancelled at my request & refunded & my new order rectified. Excellent service, fast delivery & great products. Thank you”
