“My partner broke his watch just before Christmas, I e mailed Chapelle to ask if they had the watch in stock, my e mail was immediately replied to , to say yes it was in stock and it could be sent by next day delivery to arrive before Christmas. I was really impressed with this shop and its staff, and will definitely shop here again, highly recommend.”

“From ordering my new Casio watch on your E-bay listing it only took 24 hours to receive it by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Bearing in mind it was the week leading up to Christmas that was really good. I sent an E-Mail to say how pleased I was and received back an ack. with Christmas wishes which was nice. The watch is now on my wrist working and looking very smart. Thank you.”
