Product :I'm sorry to hear you weren't entirely happy with your new necklace - all of our Hot Diamonds pendants are supplied with the chains as part of the design and they do vary depending on the item. I am afraid we cannot change the chain as it would then no longer be a genuine Hot Diamonds piece but we would be happy to exchange it for a different item if it's still unworn. Please don't let this put you off other necklaces from this range as they really are lovely, high quality pieces of jewellery and there is a lot of variety in the designs. Kind regards Gabby

“I was a bit disappointed after ordering the ring online. The web site stated that the ring was available. As such I made the purchase. Only to be informed after my purchase that they had to get the ring from another store. This took another two weeks and as I thought I had made the purchase in time for my Son's birthday, it did not arrive in time for his special event. The web site is very mis-leading. However, the ring is very nice.”

“After I received my ring I phoned to ask about the hallmark. It was fully explained to me and they even went the extra mile to email me a picture of my ring and where to find the laser mark. This is outstanding and deserve a praise.”

“Helpful in store staff that searched for product and advised purchasing online as it would arrive quicker than in store because they'd have it order it in.She showed me other products to try the size of bangle. When product arrived she had been so accurate and the gift fit perfect. The product was also boxed twice and looked fab.”

Thank you for your feedback, I'm so glad to hear that you are happy with the service. I have just double checked the specification for this watch and the dimensions given are correct but I am sorry that it was a little bulkier than you expected. You are correct in saying this watch is not suitable for swimming - it is 30m water resistant, which we usually recommend is suitable for everyday use and will withstand casual splashes.
