I'm glad to hear you were happy about our service and speed. If I could just explain about delivery, we have to send all items over £100 by Special Delivery so it is insured and we do state this on our delivery page. Unfortunately due to our guaranteed savings we just don't have the margins to include delivery in the price. I will also pass on your comments about the picture - there will be some variation because it is a natural stone but I will check it is representative of our current stock.
