Service rating :I'm glad to hear that the gift was well received and am very sorry that you thought the service was a little slow. I can see that your order was dispatched the next working day, which was a Friday, and arrived on the Monday. I'm afraid Royal Mail do not count weekends as working days which is why it may have taken a little longer than you hoped and apologise for the delay. Kind regards Gabby
