“I was desperate for another one of my favourite necklaces but couldn't find it in stores and it was out of stock online. A helpful colleague in the Gunwharf Quays store suggested locating the item no. and contacting the store/customer support. I did this upon finding the webpage and contacted the online team - I was absolutely thrilled with the fantastic, personal service. Emma was able to locate one and allowed me to purchase online, and the postage was incredibly fast. The service I received was second to none, if only more stores were like this! Thank you.”

Thank you for your positive feedback. Each watch is supplied to us from the manufacturer with one warranty card and as we offer a returns policy we do not stamp the warranty in case the customer changes their mind and wishes to return the watch to us. If we had stamped the card that item would no longer have a warranty card. As long as you retain your receipt as proof of purchase and present this along with the warranty card your warranty will be validated.
