“Ordered three pairs of earrings for delivery 48hr Royal Mail after 4 day’s was told would take at least a week after that received an email to say a pair were damaged so I would just be sent the other two pairs so I cancelled the order”

“nicely made, shame it did not fit. I bought one of your bracelets in Street after trying it on. In hindsight I should have done the same with this one. Would have saved me a few£££ in postage”

“Fast delivery of my casio edifice watch. But got a little disappointed when I unpacked it. looked like it had been opened before. There was no shape getting film protection either on glass or strap, lacking labels on the strap that can watch various video on the internet. But hurts to have to send it back.”

Good afternoon, Unfortunately if the item is purchased from our site then we may have to receive this is from one of our stores and will meant the tags will no longer be present with the item, not all our suppliers provide us with watches that have the film over the bracelet. “We have made 2 orders during the last 6 months, no problems but the promised dispatch email failed to arrive until day of delivery, I would expect the dispatched email the day before delivery. Otherwise very happy”

“I still haven't received a shipping confirmation for an order I placed on the 14/1. I emailed on the 18/1 querying this and have not yet received a reply to that email. I do not know the whereabouts of my order.”

“Found the watch I wanted on Chapelle’s website for a really good price. Ordered the item and it arrived within a few days. Had to check whether it had been shipped as I didn’t receive an email to confirm that it had been dispatched. Customer advisor was very friendly and helpful; sent me a confirmation email straight away. Item arrived and although it had a different tag attached, is performing well and matches description advertised. Overall, great item, great service, great price.”
