“Purchased a ring on-line. The item arrived quickly, as advertised and at half the cost of other suppliers. I have purchased many items from the Swindon outlet store over a number of years and have always found the quality to be excellent and the cost much lower than the well known high street retailers. They also stock some unique items not to be easily found elsewhere.”

“Excellent service. I had a problem with the website ( I live in Guernsey which is VAT free) so I messaged them and it was settled immediately. My lovely pendant arrived within a couple of days, well packed and exactly as it looked on the site. I will use them again!”

“The watch I ordered arrived earlier than I expected and it was as described. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and would have given 5 stars except that I think service could have been a bit better if I'd been given dispatch notice by email so I'd know when to expect arrival. It was lucky that I was working from home all week that week, but if I hadn't been, this lack of information woudld have been an issue. I would definitely consider buying from Chapelle again.”

Thank you for your review. We do send an email notification with the tracking reference when every order is dispatched so I am unsure why this doesn't seem to have been received. “Although I have only ordered from chapelles a few times I must admit the service is first class! The quality and price of the products are excellent ! And the delivery was very prompt! I also love the idea of being able to track my order and getting emails from the company informing me of every stage, from despatch to delivery date! ????”
