“Found on Chapelle the gift I was looking for and which hadn't been an easy search. The price was excellent as was delivery. The gift is perfect and in a beautiful box and safely packaged. I am absolutely delighted and will happily shop at Chapelle again.”

“Good value for money, but the delivery service is a nightmare. They don’t tell you that ‘next day delivery’ option may take about a week and they do not notify you once the item is dispatch or if there are any delays delivering the item.”

“Lovely piece of jewellery, good quality and a decent price. Only let down was paying for delivery (supposed to be 48hr turn around) yet did not receive for over a week after item was ordered. There was communication regarding this, but only after purchase.”

“Very easy to order although there were problems with Chapelle's suuplier getting jewellery in, so in my case it was delayed and then on top of that, arrived damaged in an unsellable condition. This is not Chapelle's fault I hasten to add, who kept me informed throughout with good customer service. The order was actually a birthday present which got here a bit late but the recipient is very pleased now she has finally received it!”

“Quick delivery and kept up to date with the order. Beautiful jewellery. Would be 5 stars, however I bought this necklace as a replacement for the necklace my Nan got me for christmas. The original fell off my neck during a shopping trip and so I lost it. Whilst littering about the house a few days aho, this replacement did the same. Seems to be a glitch with the clasp on the chain where it keeps coming loose and falling off. Will have to get a replacement chain as I don't want to risk losing another beautiful locket. Otherwise, great service, would recommend the company and will consider for future gifts for family and friends.”

“Item I wanted out of stock in shop so I ordered on line. Very efficient, easy service and I was informed when estimated delivery date was going to be a bit later than anticipated. Very pleased with earrings I purchased which were to replace a pair I purchased from Chapelle some time ago but I had lost one of them.”

“Pleased with Hot Diamonds pendant ordered although the chain was quite a lot thinner in real life. Ordered for next day delivery but item was out of stock. Called Chapelle and the postage was refunded. Would definitely order again.”
