“Research for a particular watch revealed that Chapelle was the cheapest, by some considerable amount. Apprehensive about the price difference I wondered if the customer service would be lacking, but just the opposite was true. The speed of delivery was excellent and the watch was just what I expected. Top rate company which I will recommend without hesitation.”

“I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and received it on Wednesday morning , I think this is superb service . In addition to which I am very happy with the watch ( Citizen eco-drive ) ,it is elegant and ideally suited to ladies who have slender wrists . I would recommend the watch and Chapelles without hesitation , many thanks .”

“If like me you get suspicious of on line companies, don’t be with Chapelle Jewellery! I ordered from them for the first time, communication was excellent and the delivery company confirmed a delivery slot and were bang on time…… I could not fault the service, the quality product and the excellent price. Top marks!!”

“I'm from Singapore and recently purchased a watch. Overall i'm satisfied just disappointed at the bumps on the original tin like box. The product which is bubble wrapped and working fine together with all the original contents that are inside. Delivery was prompt as mentioned. To international consumers looking to make purchase here, I would give it a thumbs up.”

“I tried to communicate with your establishment many, many, many times without success!!! My e-mails were always returned to me as "undeliverable" found this experiecnce very unsettleing regarding my inquires of my order. TO date I have not received any correspondence regarding the delivery or expected date of delivery of my order. Overall, not a very good experience!! After looking into this, I can see that the latest notes on your order (from 08/07/2016) indicate that your item has been passed on to the United States delivery service.
