“I ordered a pair of hot diamond ear rings for a gift, and as it was easier to ask for delivery to my work place I did just that. Unfortunately Royal Mail advised me they tried to deliver and couldn't the address wasn't recognised - I contacted Chapelle and without any fuss or hassle the ear rings which by the way are beautiful were re delivered with no issues on the second attempt. Customer Service excellent, product excellent Thank you Chappelle”

“On finding a perfect gift on your website i visited the Doncaster Lakeside branch to make my purchase. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock but the lady who served me (i believe the Assistant Manager) was so very helpful in ensuring i could order my item via the website and have it delivered in time for when i needed it (this was after she had checked all stores in the surrounding area for availability). Exceptionally pleased with my purchase, excellent quality and value for money and beautifully packaged.”

“Goods were as expected but paid for gift wrapping and but arrived unwrapped Received an apology and my wrapping charge refunded but nothing for the inconvenience My wife loves the jewellery, a token gift voucher would have been nice and would have definitely been spent Again the product itself is great and delivery was fairly quick it’s just the missed wrapping that disappointed”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Chapelle. The first time a watch arrived with a dead battery, which I had to go out of my way to remedy. This time a watch has arrived which is not the one I had ordered and now I have to go out of my way to send it back. I will not use Chapelle again.”
