The rotary price of the watch was the most competitive at the time of purchase online. It arrived on time.The manufacturer warranty card was not stamped by Chappell to indicate the date of purchase.

Thank you for your positive feedback. As we offer a returns policy online we do not stamp the warranty cards in case the customer changes their mind, however I would like to assure you that your sales invoice and receipt act as proof of purchase and should be kept with the warranty card. If you do need to send your watch to Rotary under the terms of the warranty, then a copy of your receipt or sales invoice should be sent in with the warranty card as this displays the date of purchase. Very quick delivery. Much faster than expected. Bit pointless having a tracking no though as every time I tried to track the item I got a message saying 'no info'. Still saying that when the parcel was delivered.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to improve our website and customer feedback is very important to us. We are currently updating the site to include jewellery dimensions to ensure the customer knows the size of the item they are purchasing; I am sorry that this has not been completed in time for your order. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it for an exchange or refund within 21 days as long as the sealed bag is intact and the items are in a brand new condition. Kind regards Sarah
