“Use chapel le on high street. This was my first online purchase. Nowhere on the site did I see anything to tell me VAT tax not included and would be added to the price.”

I believe this is a slight misunderstanding - all the prices on our site are inclusive of VAT, however we separate it out on your invoice so you can see what element of the order is tax. “Ordered online but felt that dispatch was rather slow compared with most online vendors. Once dispatched delivery was fairly quick. The RM tracking feature isn't much use, it only tells when the item has been delivered, which I know anyway.”
