“really happy with watch and also price ,correspondence emails would be nice to let you know approximate date of delivery as i had to send one asking about timings ,which they replied to speedily but was a week between order and delivery as the watch had to be posted to them from a different branch”

“After careful online search, found the Seiko watch I wanted at Chapelle at a bargain price. Ordered on a Monday, received notice of despatch the next day, with expected delivery on the Friday. Then I was informed on the Wednesday of delivery by Royal Mail for Thursday, and it duly arrived then, very well packaged. An excellent, efficient service, thoroughly recommendable - thank you.”

“With the death of my second Seiko in 50 years I rapidly needed a new one. Looked on eBay and saw Chapelle's advert. Just what I wanted and at a good price. Ordered on the Sunday evening and it was delivered on the Wednesday morning. Excellent service, well pleased with the watch.”

“The necklace is perfect...it’s a replacement for one I lost. Processing and delivery time is very poor. At time of purchase it stated 48hrs. In fact it took well over a week to arrive. Sorry but don’t think I’d buy with them again.”
