Ordered the pearl bracelet for my Mum's special birthday. It arrived promptly and was a lovely quality bracelet, however, unfortunately it was tiny and did not fit. This was really disappointing as there had been no indication of size on the website. The bracelet will be returned and my Mum left with no birthday gift. Despite this, I would recommend Chapelle based on the prompt service but sadly, unless I have seen the product first, will not be ordering from them again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the bracelet didn't fit and that you couldn't see any indication of size. I have checked this item on our website & the length is in both the description & in the details table so I am very concerned you couldn't see this and will ask our technical team to investigate. If you are interested in an exchange please contact us or put a note on your returns paperwork and we would be happy to look into larger alternatives for your Mum. Alternatively we do have a number of outlet shops which would be able to exchange it for you instead if you prefer. Kind regards.

Great prices and lovely products. However two of three boxes were damaged and it doesn't look nice when giving as a gift. One item appears to be faulty.

I'm glad you love the jewellery but I am very concerned about the presentation boxes. If you require them for a gift, please can you email customerservices@chapelle.co.uk with the details and pictures so we can see if we have any spare boxes we can send you? I tried to communicate with your establishment many, many, many times without success!!! My e-mails were always returned to me as "undeliverable" found this experiecnce very unsettleing regarding my inquires of my order. TO date I have not received any correspondence regarding the delivery or expected date of delivery of my order. Overall, not a very good experience!! Hi Sandra, I'm very sorry to hear you have experienced some difficulty getting in contact with us. After looking into this, I can see that the latest notes on your order (from 08/07/2016) indicate that your item has been passed on to the United States delivery service. I do hope your order has since been well received. First watch which was sent to me was faulty and the replacement one is kind of OK but it lost around 1 minute after 1 month. I don't know if this is the standard for Rotary watches. My old watch(nearly 20years old) has never had this problem until recently. I expected more from Rotary.

Very happy with the actual watch i purchased. Service and delivery were good. However i have already had to pay for a new battery to be fitted.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear the battery ran out so soon after purchase. As we deal in clearance lines we can be never be sure how long the battery has been in the watch before we sell it. This is why we guarantee batteries for the first year after purchase and will replace the battery free of charge within this time.
