“There should really be a neutral option here because I don't feel as if it was poor but definitely not good. I paid £5 for special delivery but due to Chappelle for some reason not dispatching until at least 24 hours after your order. This meant I missed the day I needed it and didn't receive the item until Tuesday after purchasing on Thursday at 10am. Although this isn't some huge delay and a lot of it is down to Royal Mail. But if you pay £5 delivery for a £30 piece of jewellery i'd expect it to at least get their next day.”

We do offer Special Delivery as an option which means the item will be delivered the next working day after despatch. Unfortunately due to a combination of security procedures and order volume we are unable to despatch orders the same working day that they are received. We do offer information relating to delivery of all our items on our website and this can be found here > http://chapelle.co.uk/delivery. Your order was received on Thursday and was despatched on Friday so Royal Mail Special Delivery should have meant it was delivered on the Monday.
