“I order up a pair of white gold ear rings as an anniversary present .The delivery was quick . Sadly i was less impressed with the earring first they are alot smaller than i expected and secondly after only wearing 3 times one of the backs has come off. So I how have to find some white gold butterflies back before my wife can wear them again”

“Had to send for bracelet on line as our local shop said they could get it but it would take14 days to arrive. Really pleased with delivery as it only took a couple of days to arrive. Wonder why it would have took so long ordering from shop.”

If the store didn't have the item in stock, then they would have had to process an order form and wait for it to arrive in their delivery. Depending on when the order is placed, this can take a little longer than our website, which usually has items in stock ready for next day dispatch. I hope this explains the difference in timescales.

“I have just discovered Chapelle Jewellery. I found my favourite jewellery brand at huge discounts on their website. So I made my first order. Well... It most definitely will not be my last. My order arrived the very next day and it was beautiful. I had also ordered a few extra items from the sale range and for the price wasn't expecting much, but I was amazed at how much I loved them. “I purchased an Emerald & Diamond ring for my wife to celebrate our 55years of marriage. Obtaining the right size was initially a bit of a problem and proved so when the ring was received. However customer services could not have been more helpful in sorting out the issue. The ring in question was returned and received at Head Office on Monday morning which prompted a phone call to me to arrange for a replacement. I asked if it was possible to collect at a store nearest to my home in Northern lreland. The answer was yes but it may take up to a week. On Wednesday morning , only 2 days later, l was phoned by the local Store to be advised that the replacement ring was ready for collection. NOW HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE***** My wife and l collected the ring that afternoon. Well satisfied customers. Well done to all the staff involved.”
