“Not particularly impressed- I paid extra to have the skirtings primed- the quality of the painting is so bad I have had to rub them down thereby removing the priming”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect as first time ordering but couldn’t of been happier, best price I found, free delivery within the timescale I was told and the quality of the skirting and architrave was perfect. Will definitely be using again in the new year.”

“Easy to order what you need. Paid for fast delivery which came on time. Skirting looks good. Paid for an undercoat finish again all good. Only issues was the courier must have dinged the edge of one piece.”

“Have purchased from here a few times now and although the quality of the product is never in question, there has always have difficulty with deliveries. Never on time even when “fast shipping” has been paid for. I’ve also had 2 orders “lost” in the past which has caused delays with fitting therefore causing consequences for my company. No one seemed too bothered when I calling to ask what was happening and your primary courier Tufnell’s are literally impossible to contact when trying to find out from them, therefore leaving a bad taste. Poor.”

“Fantastic choice and options to choose, selected a traditional Torus design skirting board and architrave for our new kitchen. Made contact with. Super helpful lady on customer service called Mandy who was fantastic and changed a few things for us to ensure we got it delivered in time for them to be fitted on Saturday. “Ordered over 10 working days ago and still haven’t received confirmation of my order or delivery. Contacted Cutting Edge and they advised the date I would receive delivery confirmation - still nothing. Ordered before and service was great however after this time, I won’t be ordering from here again, especially as I paid for delivery within 10 working days of my order.”

“Regency Ogee Skirting A quality skirting board at the right price. Cutting Edge state that their skirting is made from a good quality MR MDF, which unlike other, more expensive skirting that I’ve bought in the past, it actually is. I would buy again from Cutting Edge.”

“I received an email saying that my delivery was delayed by 1 day which is fine. When it came to the delayed delivery date there was no delivery. When I spoke to customer support I was told there was a mistake and it’s delayed again by 1 more day. This was frustrating but it happens and the customer services told me they’ll speak to management and see if there’s anything that they can do to apologise. I never received a call back or anything just came home to the product sat on my drive in the rain, my wife was in the house to take delivery but the delivery driver said he can’t enter the house so he left timber on the driveway in the pouring rain 👍🏻, nice one”

“Ordered skirting on a Thursday for a three/four working day delivery. Advised by courier company Tuffnells it should arrive by the following Thursday. Confirmation email and tracking number then sent advising delivery Friday. Waited in at home. Received email delivery had been made. Complete and utter lie. I have not received my goods and cannot contact either sender or courier company as it’s now the weekend. Very unhappy customer.”

All orders are dispatched in time for a 3-4 working day delivery time, however, some locations do take slightly longer to be delivered once they are with the courier and this is advised in our delivery information section on the website. We apologise on behalf of Tuffnells for marking the goods as delivered before this was the case.
