“Great service only let down by the rough finish on the skirting board, The primer looked like pebble dash, I spent ages rubbing it down, but, it still looks rough now that it’s glossed.”

“Goods arrived on time and well packed. Skirting is good value for the price and good quality. The prime coat has to be rubbed down as it has a dimpled finish but this would need to be done anyway, irrespective of finish, to ensure good bond with the top coat.”

“very disappointed with the skirting. ordered a large amount, all the same profile, chamfered round. it was only when the lengths had been cut to go into the rooms prior to fitting that it became evident that two different profiles of chamfered, round had been supplied. one in green mdf and one in beige mdf. the green and beige were different profiles so the mitres and straight joints did not match !!!!”

“Nicky was very helpful and patient when I rang not quite knowing what I wanted. She talked me through finding the design I wanted on the website and our order came very prompt. “A little disappointed , with the primer finish , a ripple effect across the length of the skirting and architrave, plus not primered fully on the top 18mm edges , giving a ridge . So all boards have got to be sanded down , reprimed before painting . Defeats the object of paying for pre primed boards .”

“The skirting itself was fine but I paid a premium for delivery , unfortunately it was a no show and had to wait another couple of days for it , putting work schedule back a week”

“Expensive for what it is but as I needed a particular style quickly it was my only option other than running it myself in the workshop. Delivery was supposed to be next day but was late. The staff did however lias with the courier (after I brought it to their attention) to keep me informed although there wasn’t at any point a hint of a gesture of goodwill to compensate for this issue. Anyway, skirtings are on and painted and my customer is happy.”
