“Happy with products ordered, arrived well packaged, however only given 4 stars due to delivery not being notified in advance. Was only aware it was being delivered when driver arrived at site, which was not occupied. Had we known it was coming I would have been there waiting. Thankfully a neighbour took delivery, but for such large, heavy items this was very awkward & should have been unnecessary.”

“Mdf must stand for medium density fluffyboard. Not impressed with this skirting board, it falls apart when cut and has no substance. As i said, it seems to be made of fluff, not wood fibre.”

Hi Neil, Your order was processed back in July, I cant see any contact from you post delivery to resolve any concerns prior to this review 3 months later. Id like to see a picture of the board you received that 'falls apart' as it wouldn't come from our factory! We only use MR MDF in all of our MDF Moldings. “I just wanted to post a review to tell everyone that I had a great experience ordering skirting board from this company. Once I had placed the order, I realised the next day that I had ordered insufficient quantity of skirting, so I rang their offices and wes pleased that the adviser handled my amended order immediately. My order still arrived within the agreed time slot (3 to 5 days). When the order arrived the delivery driver noticed that one of my packs of skirting had been damaged, so contacted the company. Within just a few hours their representative telephoned me to apologise and ordered a replacement pack. This arrived within 3 days. So all in all, I was very satisfied with the odering process and the delivery, and now that the skirting board has been fitted, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Skirting was well wrapped, no dents or damage. One concern - I don't think is under Cutting Edge control The driver who delivered, did not ring bell, just put package by front door and left. Had my son not been in and heard him this could have had a different ending - stolen goods being very common”
