“I just wanted to post a review to tell everyone that I had a great experience ordering skirting board from this company. Once I had placed the order, I realised the next day that I had ordered insufficient quantity of skirting, so I rang their offices and wes pleased that the adviser handled my amended order immediately. My order still arrived within the agreed time slot (3 to 5 days). When the order arrived the delivery driver noticed that one of my packs of skirting had been damaged, so contacted the company. Within just a few hours their representative telephoned me to apologise and ordered a replacement pack. This arrived within 3 days. So all in all, I was very satisfied with the odering process and the delivery, and now that the skirting board has been fitted, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Skirting was well wrapped, no dents or damage. One concern - I don't think is under Cutting Edge control The driver who delivered, did not ring bell, just put package by front door and left. Had my son not been in and heard him this could have had a different ending - stolen goods being very common”

“Didn't hear nothing for 3 days then after I sent an email asking what's going on they said they didn't have the long lengths I wanted and they said they will send me 8ft lengths. I said no I want a refund, they said OK, then 5 days later I received a refund. A waste of time for me.”

“Ordered and requested a specific day which was accepted. Delivery arrived Damaged but credit to them as they sent replacements of the damaged products the next day which was a Saturday. 18mm 8 inch skirting board excellent products would definately use again”

“In my experience customer service is best judged by how well a company deals with a problem when things go wrong - this is one of those instances & CE Skirting (& Heather) deserve a 5 star rating. When the skirting arrived & had clearly been damaged by the carrier & delivery was refused. This could have been an issue since the joiner, decorator & carpet fitter were all booked. After speaking to Heather the skirting was remade that day & despatched for delivery the following morning - less that 20 hours after the initial phone call. Forn the record, I've had a few deliveries form CE Skirting & they have all arrived in perfect condition so this was most likely an unfortunate one-off.”
