“Delivered on time and with no damaged items. Well primed just needed a fine sand before applying top coat. Good quality. Went on easy with no nails and panel pins for architrave.”

“Order No #103535 Disappointing service, poor communications (never called back when promised), and no ownership of the issue. It took 19 days, for the fast delivery service, to deliver nothing to me. Unable to pass comment on the quality of the product as it never arrived. I would have preferred the product instead of the refund.”

“Terrible - will never use again and would advise anybody else to do so. Paid extra for quicker delivery, after nearly 2 weeks and multiple chasing up to find where my order was it was eventually cancelled and I had to procure from elsewhere. Shocking service.”

“Great service ahead of time and very prompt delivery (I did pay extra for this). Unfortunately all 60m of skirtings and architrave where I paid extra to be pre primed, were heavily mottled due to an error in the manufacturing process resulting in 7 hours of sanding to bring them up to a decent standard. The priming cost was refunded however the additional stress and workload to fix this unnecessary mistake would mean I go elsewhere in future.”
