“For the first time, and with some uncertainty, I ordered a 5 litre tin of Claypaint on the internet. I shouldn’t have worried. The paint arrived speedily and was well packed, so no spills. Excellent service.”

“I wish I could give Five stars however I experienced poor customer service when wishing to arrange a return of a substandard product. The delivery and quality of the paint was exceptional though and as such it gets a three rating.”

“First class service. I was able to ring the retailer to ensure I would get my order the next day. The guy on the phone liaised with his colleagues to make sure I would get my order on time and he rang me back to confirm this. I got my order the next day as promised, excellently packaged. Can't fault the service and will definitely order again.”

“Excellent, extremely professional company to deal with. One package in my order went missing (couriers fault) - Celtic sustainables noticed immediately and chased it up without me having to lift a finger. Kept me updated by phone and it was delivered later that day. Excellent service. Second time I've used them and both times very pleased.”
