“Ok firstly the delivery was on time, it came in 2 lots but that was explained to me, so good communication. Secondly the whole process was very straight forward from ordering to the phone support. The product itself is wonderful very easy to use. It gradually expands to its full thickness when it is unrolled. I was cutting it using fabric shears (good scissors). It definitely has the full coverage advertised. It is also very good insulation. It has a slight smell but that seems to be fading already (few days). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their products.”

“Prompt, product as described. Rather unusual delivery service called my mobile number from outside our property to say was delivering when of course I was at work. They redelivered a few days later by arrangment but not sure why they didn't call to arrange in the first place. Happy with product and service.”

“Very good company. The advice on the telephone regarding which, natural, chemical free paints to buy to was excellent. I received the Earthborn Clay paint tester pots quickly, I then made my colour choice, ordered and within a couple of days had my chosen paint. Earthborn Clay paint is really lovely. I used it to paint my old pine table and chairs. They are now transformed. They will now suit my country style kitchen. I will definitely be using Earthborn for decorating the rest of the house.”

“Happy, yes very! discovering breathable paints which are also pleasant to use, is a boon I like painting much better now. and cleaning up is simpler. they look lovely too. I would suggest always getting a sample pot though as the colours can be tricky. I have used exterior masonry, eggshell interior, wall paint and at present OSMO products. Hurrah . joan schliker.”

“The last delivery was exceptional.meteorite proof packaging as seems usual,early delivery,all correct inside,clean new and fresh, not dusty cans.This new delivery for the first time ever i did not even feel bothered to check the delivery.3 days later I opened the packaging ..after many layers,,,to find the usual exceptional attention to detail.Celtic Sustainables has restored my faith in ordering from a company.Maybe they need to give training sessions to other suppliers.”

“The service I have had from Celtic Sustainables is first class, they have also been very helpful and knowledgable over the phone. I have mainly purchased their Earthborn paint (clay,eco pro,multi primer and eggshell) ((BRILLIANT PRODUCT)) and they seem to have the best prices by far. From an old fashioned builder ........Thank you so much for what you provide.”
